PRESS RELEASE
September 2015
What’s new at this year’s Security and Fire Excellence Awards?
London, UK
Now in their seventeenth year, the Security Excellence Awards have consistently broken new ground in highlighting the very best people, projects and processes the UK’s security sector has to offer.
Our high calibre Judging Panel – including representatives from all areas of security & fire, the world of academia and the policing sector will once again determine this year's Finalists, Winners and Highly Commended entrants!
Over900 members of the Security and Fire community gathered at London’s Park Lane Hilton last year to celebrate being finalists or winners of the IFSEC and FIREX Security and Fire Excellence Awards
As we gear up for this year’s event on 25th November, again at the Park Lane Hilton, the team are delighted to share some of the new developments for 2015…
- A-List Celebrity Host
Our host for this year’sevent is the infamous Jimmy Carr, one of the UK’s most original and distinctive comedians, with a growing reputation as a truly international star. Jimmy will be presenting our awards and injecting his unique brand of humour along the way.
- Quicker & Slicker
This year’s awards categories have been streamlined from 35 to 24, focusing on the most important areas from last year.By homing in on just the most popular categories, we are speeding up the formalities on the night to maximise networking time before and after the ceremony.
- Increased Networking Space
A new layout for the event will provide more space for you catch up with existing contacts, meet new customers & partners and forge new relationships – especially in our popular post-event casino area.
- 800 Key Players from across the Security & Fire Industries
Streamlined and increased networking space mean that there will be limited availability for places in 2015, with room for only 800 guests. Make sure you book your places now to avoid missing the social event of the year!
- New Host Packages are available.
Have you wanted to host a category and take advantage of the marketing opportunities that are available? Like to bring a table of well-deserving staff and VIP guests? Please get in touch to discuss our range of flexible hosting packages for all sizes of budget.
Every year, the industry’s foremost practitioners gather to recognise and honour the magnificent achievements of their peers. Not only do the awards provide great networking opportunities, but the evening is also a tremendous social occasion. The food and wines are always of the highest calibre, and there’ll be great entertainment into the small hours.
