PROVISIONS OF THE ACT OF THE PENNSYLVANIA

LEGISLATURE 1961, JUNE 13, P.L. 282 (53

SECTION 8004) AND BETHLEHEM ORDINANCE NO.

3952 AS AMENDED.

WHEREAS, it is proposed to install storm windows at 346 West St.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bethlehem that a Certificate of Appropriateness is hereby granted for the work.

HISTORIC ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

CASE # 1379– It is proposed to install storm windows at 346 West St.

The HARB upon motion by Mr. Wolle and seconded by Mrs. Sachdev adopted the proposal that City Council issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed work described herein:

1.  The proposal to install storm windows was presented by Jerrilyn Forti

2.  The storm windows will be Harvey Tru-Channel aluminum windows in the almond color to match the existing trim.

3.  The storm windows will match the size of the existing windows, and the check rails of the storm windows will align with those of the historic windows.

4.  The basement windows may be replaced as desired because they are not visible from public Right-Of-Way and therefore not subject to HARB review.

5.  The proposed work was unanimously approved.
