Below is a list of books recommended for your first year of the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme. All books will be available for purchase from Blackwell’s who will be in the Mary Seacole Building during the first week of the programme to sell term one books. Students will be given a 10% discount if books are bought from Blackwell’sduring Fresher’s Week. Payment may be made via cash, credit cards and book tokens.

The most recent editions of the following books are considered essential core texts. Students are advised to purchase their own copies of all asterisked texts (*). Some texts will be required at later stages of the programme in addition to year one. You will be required to purchase additional texts as you progress through the programme, and you will be notified regarding these texts at the appropriate time.
