The TBAP Multi-Academy Trust, is an approved DfE Academy Sponsor offering alternative education provision to learners who have been excluded from school or have a statement of educational need. Working across four inner London Boroughs and Cambridge, our flexible model supports small and large organisations, helping to meet learning needs in both urban and rural settings.
What sets us apart, is our commitment to results – we believe in success for learners and take a creative approach to finding solutions to achieve that. We’re the highest performing AP in the UK – drawing on skills from a network of experts, including SLEs, to ensure our team have the support and resources to do their job effectively. What’s more, we make sure every one of our staff has access to relevant CPD, encouraging development and career progression at every level.
Unity Academy is our newest addition, is already on a journey to improve outcomes for all learners.
Joining us as Head of School, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of Unity Academy – working closely with our Executive Head Teacher to deliver strategic and statutory aims. You’ll also be a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, reviewing our School Development Plan, monitoring standards and leading and inspiring other teachers here.
An exceptional teacher, with strong leaderships and people-management skills, you’ll need a genuine interest in behaviours inclusion work, and a practical understanding of the barriers to learning. Just as importantly, you’ll need a creative and effective approach to driving improvement – and to be ready to take a lead on SEMH work across our organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to transform your career – and to help us transform with you.
