Seminar to do items: Erika will produce the annotated agenda and brochure. Elizabeth will help with distribution. The complete announcement to be sent out 1st week of August.

Develop means of remote attendance at committee meetings / Paul Hunt / Awaiting the opening of the Augusta office.
Identify and utilize Committee vice chair / Dina Page / Dina has been leading meetings in Paul’s absence, compiling the events calendar, hosting one meeting per year, etc.
Plan and present 4th annual drinking water protection seminar / Paul Hunt, Andy Tolman / Speakers are selected, bios and abstracts complete, room booked, Save the Date sent, and brochure in prep.
Prior to December 1, elect or reappoint chair and vice chair for 2011 / Paul Hunt / We will discuss this at the November meeting.
