· Provides guidance and advice to the Chief Executive on all matters pertaining to the organization’s recruitment of over 1,300 Marines annually, and provides presentations, training, and assistance to the 120+ Marines of the recruiting station.
· Approving Official of a $1.1 million budget which allows for the support of the station’s 100 government owned vehicles, 38 facilities, advertising and public affairs, supplies and administrative needs, and computer systems and components.
· Supervises and directs the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Public Affairs section, to include community relations, advertising, sponsorships/partnerships, and lead generation.
· Establishes guidelines and parameters for the management, contracting, procurement, construction, and relocation of the organization’s 38 offices.
