  • Your guest is to select the appropriate name or code from the directory, push “enter”, and wait for the phone entry to dial your office number, thereby allowing you to answer the phone.
  • Once you have answered the phone, this will allow you to speak directly to your guest waiting at the door.
  • Once you hear a tone on your end of the phone line, push the number “6” on you phone for two seconds.
  • Pushing number “6” will disconnect the phone call, release the electronic door strike and allow your guest to pull the door open. The door handle will not turn.

It will be necessary to meet your guest on the lobby floor. Be sure to bring your cardkey in order to take the elevator back to your floor.

AFTER HOURS ACTIVITY

Tenants are to notify the Management Office of any after hour activity occurring in their suites (i.e., vacating or occupying, deliveries, tenant coordinated construction/repairs, phone repairs and need for access into the building riser room(s), carpet cleaning, tenant events within the building or suite, etc.) The Security Clearance/Special Access form is used for this notification purpose. Please have your Tenant Contact email, fax or hand deliver the completed and signed form to the Management Office at least 24 to 48 hours before activity. Notifications received after the deadline may be rejected. When possible, please provide advance notice of scheduled activities. For the protection of our tenants, individuals/contractors/vendors requesting authorization to enter a tenant’s suite after hours without written authorization on file in the Management Office will be denied entrance into the building.
