Modern Language Centre Modules
If you wish to select a MLC module, please refer to the website for important information about these modules before you choose this option:
If you wish to choose a MLC module, you can choose this when making your selections on Student Records. The MLC module uses dummy code 6AAL00SL. Most 15 credit MLC modules run across the whole year, so please select it only once - as either a semester one or semester two choice, depending on how you would like to split the remainder of your modules (e.g. three other modules in semester one, four in semester two).
This year the MLC are running assessment and pre-registration sessions in March so that returning undergraduates can get fully signed up to an MLC language module well before the start of the 2018-19 academic year.
Assessment and Pre-registration Sessions:
13.00 to 18.00 on Wednesday 21 March and Thursday 22 March at the Language Resources Centre (King’s Building, First Basement, Strand Campus). See the MLC website for details:
If I do my module selections early, will I have a better chance of getting my first choices?
All selections made by the deadline will be treated the same. However, selections made after the deadline will not be given priority.
