DETAILS
Provide a detailed explanation for your portfolio project giving the reader a complete and thorough description of your project. Include written descriptions, outlines, storyboards and other supporting information as needed. Particular attention should be paid to Section 6 of the portfolio core requirements.
JUSTIFICATION
Explain and justify your reason for choosing your portfolio purpose and format (how will it demonstrate senior-level knowledge and skills).
Also justify any additional or optional content you have proposed.
NOTES
PORTFOLIO RESPONSIBILITIES:
STUDENT: To propose a portfolio project to the shop Team Leader or designated instructor, negotiate and come to an agreement regarding the scope of the project, and to then meet the requirements as approved by the shop Vocational Team Leader.
SHOP INSTRUCTORS: To review senior portfolio proposals, recommend amendments as needed and to clarify expectations regarding what will or will not be approved; and to then provide appropriate shop support for the senior portfolio process.
TECH COMP INSTRUCTORS: To help seniors draft a proposal and then to provide academic computer lab sessions where seniors can work on their portfolios.
