/Success by 6 of the Palouse is dedicated to ensuring that all children, by age six, have the necessary mental, physical, social and emotional development to be able to successfully embrace educational and social opportunities for growth and learning. We worked toward this goal in three distinct ways:1) we host and facilitate (parent) mommy/baby (child) groups where parents and children can meet new friends, learn from each other, and never feel embarrassed to ask a question, no matter the subject!2) we facilitate preschool, art group, music group, story time, and a variety of other classes/groups3) we have a very active Child Passenger Safety program. We have 3 technicians (one of whom is also an instructor), have been awarded an Idaho based grant to provide seats to needy families, and conduct both by appointment and open "stop by" seat checks.
