Shenzhen City, No. A Combined Cycle Fm 6B Power Plant
The power plant was founded in February of 1991 confirmed by the Ministry of Trade and Economy and the government of Shenzhen City. It is one of main gas turbine power plants of Shenzhen and it takes on chief power supply task for Shenzhen City. No.A power plant has two sets of 6B gas turbine and the supporting gas-steam combined cycle unit composed of waste heat boiler and turbo-generator.
No. 1 gas turbine is PG6531B manufactured by Nanjing Turbine & Electric Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd., it was single cycled and commercially run in August of 1992.
The turbine type of No. 1 gas turbine is single shaft and axial flow with 3 grades. The cylinder is horizontal mid-separate surface and it is cooled by the air. The compressor is IGV continuously adjusted and axial flow type and its pressure ratio is 11:7. The inlet is air filter device. The combustor of the gas turbine is adverse current can type and there are 10 combustors. The gas turbine is ignited through exited high pressure electrode type spark plug and there are 2 igniters. The flame detector is ultraviolet photoconductive and there are 4 flame detectors.
No. 1 gas turbine is started through diesel engine and the starting diesel engine is DETROIT 12 V71 T with 630 horsepower and the maximum rotational speed is 2300 rpm. It is burned by light diesel oil and the diesel engine is started through direct current motor. The gas turbine is started through the diesel engine very conveniently in black start areas.
The main equipments of No. 1 gas turbine are assistant gearbox, hydraulic ratcheting pump, load gearbox, main lubricating oil pump, AC assistant lubricating oil pump, DC emergency lubricating oil pump, lubricating oil cooler, fuel oil filtration and lubricating oil filtration, etc.
The control system for the gas turbine is controlled by MARK 4 with unit over-speed protection, bearing vibration alarm and protection, overheating alarm and protection, it has reliable and stable performance.

IV. No. 1 Boiler
The Q377/535—62—3.8/445 waste heat boiler matched with #1 gas turbine is designed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation, 703 Office and produced by Harbin Boiler Factory, which composes of fuel-steam combined cycle unit with the turbo-generator, L15-3.43 manufactured by Nanjing Turbine& Electric Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd., and it was operated in December of 2000.
No. 1 Boiler is circulated naturally in the boiler and the heat transfer is close to forced circulation, the main parts are including high pressure and low pressure steam drums, economizer, super-heater, evaporation water wall pipe and high pressure feed water pump, low pressure feed water pump, deaerator and chemical dosing system.
