Fabiana opened the meeting by asking for the groups’ impressions, views on the planning and preparation and evaluation of the visit to Italy.
Feedback from the delegates was very positive.

· Costas commented that he too thought the visit had been very good, the places we had stayed in and visited were very good and the hospitality had been excellent. He felt that the agenda had been action packed and the day of the strike had been off putting.
· Several delegates commented that all Comenius visits had an action packed agenda in order to see and do as much as possible in the time available.
· Artemis commented that she had enjoyed the food and restaurants, that the performances by each country had been very good and imaginative. The use of the theatre environment for the performances was also very good.

A bus has been organised to transport teachers from hotels at the correct times to the airport to meet up with their students. Students and teachers should meet up just inside the entrance to the airport.
Fabiana said that she hoped everyone had enjoyed the visit and would have a good time at the farewell dinner tonight.
Claudia proposed that someone from the group should volunteer to make a vote of thanks during the celebration tonight. Elaine agreed to offer the vote of thanks.
Visit to Poland
Monica stated that Poland is excited to be hosting the final meeting. The dates for the final meeting have been agreed as 1- 6 June 2014.
Monica advised delegates that they will need to exchange their money to Zlotys on arrival in Poland as Euros are not accepted, nor are Scottish pounds.
Activities for the visit to Poland are:
Movie – approx. 3 minutes. There should be an introduction explaining why you picked this topic or why you think it is important to reduce violence in schools or how you made the movie. The theme for the movie should be about stopping / reducing violence in schools or promoting positive activities for young people to be involved in. It was agreed that countries could make a new movie or use / adapt previously used material.
Powerpoint Presentation – between 5 – 10 minutes. The theme is, ‘We have respect for others and we have respect for ourselves’. The PowerPoint slides should take the form of a comic strip, movie board, fairytale or story and there must be a moral to the story. Including sound effects, music, photos etc would be good.
Multi Lingual Dictionary – Monica will issue to each country a list of words in polish and in English. By the end of March each country should add the translation of these in their own language and return the completed form to Monica. Poland will compile the returns and produce a multi lingual dictionary which will be issued to delegates during the visit to Poland.
Booklet of our experiences – Poland will compile a booklet showing our experiences during the project. Each country which has hosted should write an article (250 words) outlining the activities and experiences during the visit to their country. Poland will also prepare a table which will seek the views of students. All delegates will ensure that their students complete the table by writing 2 or 3 sentences about their visit to each of the countries. Additionally each country should send 2 or 3 photographs from any of the visits. Poland will use this information to compile a booklet recording our experiences throughout the project. This will be shared with delegates after the visit to Poland.
