At the Ettington Roundabout, take the A429 heading to Wellesbourne/Warwick. The entrance to the Show Site will be situated on the left hand side, after the ‘Whitfield Farm’ sign, with access being gained via the layby. Look out for our ‘PC’ signs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FARM DRIVE

Follow the A429 to Wellesbourne. At the third roundabout near the Fire Station, continue to take the A429 heading for Ettington and Stow. The entrance to the Show Site will be situated on the right hand side with access being gained via the layby. Look out for our ‘PC’ signs and cross the road with caution. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FARM DRIVE

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.The Show will be run in accordance with the Pony Club Rule Books 2012
2.The Judges’ and organisers’ decision will be accepted as final.
3.This event is open to all members of the Pony Club, Affiliated Riding Clubs, BHS, BE, BSJA & BD. Non members must be covered by their own insurance. Competitors take part at their own risk.
4.Ages of all competitors to be taken from 1st January, 2012.
5.No entry fees will be refunded.
6.Hard hats MUST be worn at all times with chinstrap fastened when mounted and must conform to PAS015, 1998 or BS EN 1384; 1997, ASTM F1163 (with SE1), Snell E2201 or AS/NZS 3838; 1998/2003 standard. All hats must bear the CE symbol and a quality symbol the BSI kitemark, SAI Global symbol or the Snell label with numbers. Hats with long ventilation slits are NOT permitted. UNDER NEW PONY CLUB RULES ALL PONY CLUB MEMBERS HATS MUST BE PONY CLUB TAGGED.
7.Correct dress and footwear must be worn. Jackets to be worn for all jumping classes and it is strongly recommended that back protectors should be worn.
8.Dogs MUST be kept on leads AT ALL TIMES.
9.Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
10Liability: Although every care will be taken, neither the organisers nor any person acting on their behalf or the Landowners can accept liability for the loss, damage, accident or injury to persons, horses, ponies or property.
