Julie spoke about a complaint(s) dated July 22, 2016, a handwritten note from Betty Tegel. Julie explained there should be a reply letter written. Cyndi explained there was no forwarding address or phone number on the note or the envelope, therefore Betty may not want a reply, just wanted us to look into the issues. I, Ms. Dodge, explained since we do not have her addressand that I'm unable to go out to find Ms. Tegel, that it was to much of a hardship to place on me, and if Ms. Tegel wanted us to reply she would have included her address or phone number. That I don't have the money for ink, paper, envelope, or postage to do a letter. Julie again, demanded a letter be written, even if it was her, Julie, to go out tofind Ms. Tegel and her address, write the letter, and she'd (Julie) would even place the postage on the envelope, but it needs to be wirtten. It was decided that Julie would do as she wanted and will email the letter to all CDA commissioners (for input) beforemailing it to Ms. Tegel. No motion was
