CORRECTIVE ITEMS
The following minimum items need corrective action taken. Documentation on completion is required.
1. Correct the leveling.
2. Clean the machine room.
3. Clean the pit.
4. Replace the relay covers that are off.
5. Vac out the controller.
6. Perform the annual no load test. Although the tag is laying on the valve, I doubt it was done.
7. Replace the emergency light battery.
8. Stencil the toe guard, crosshead and pit with the complex unit number.
9. Adjust all upthrusts. The slow speed doors can pivot up to 4 inches, some off the track.

RECOMMENDED IMPROVEMENTS
1. Remove all non elevator items from the machine room per code.
2. Move the one shelf unit along the south wall leading to the machine room so the machine room door can be opened.
3. Get the air conditioning working to keep the room between 50 and 90 degrees.
4. Correct the wiring at the smoke alarm modules. It appears some are disconnected in the machine room.
