Position :Assistant Global Brand Content Project Manager
Missions
- Brand Content and Communication: monitoring strategic approaches with a view to defining and deploying the Club Med brand’s World communication platform, notably via:
- Agency briefing, debriefing, monitoring the development and implementation of the brand’s new platform.
- Monitoring the development of communication tools explaining the superiority of the Club Med experience (digital, print, etc.).
- Brand identity: monitoring the deployment at the World level of the renewal of the brand’s identity across all points of contact (digital communication, print, corporate, Villages, etc.), and updating the media library, a point of entry for questions linked to the brand’s identity at the World level.

Missions

Missions
Reporting:
- Weekly audit of world sales for countries and sales entities.

Architecture & Design Database Department:
- Helping to identify “new talents”, including Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Artists, Lighting Technicians, etc., capable of becoming suppliers and partners.

Missions
- Steering projects focusing on launching or developing existing digital services in Villages: auditing functional needs in competitive benchmarking for the Business Units; studies on trends in the sector; analysis of marketing solutions; coordinating various stages of projects with different interlocutors and contributors (DSI, Extended Tribes, web agency, external suppliers, etc.).

Position :Marketing & CRM Project Manager
Missions
- With the help of the campaign operator: to ensure the creation and the diffusion of all our multichannel marketing campaigns via the tool Neolane: setting, execution and following of the campaigns, targeting, creation of workflows, automation, personalization and validation of our tests.
- For the CRM NMEA team and countries, to develop best practices and internal (other BU) and external benchmarks (travel competitors, e-commerce players)
- To insure coordination between the CRM NMEA team and the other internal services (Global Marketing CRM team, French CRM team, Data and IT teams)

- Monitoring and sharing “best practices”: new platform content, competitive case studies, etc.
