800 Support Number Change

ADSi is changing it AFTERHOURS Support answering service. The 800 number we have been using is property of the old answering service so we had to get a new number. The new number is

(844) 455-6481

Nothing else about afterhours support will change. This new number is the one to use starting now. The old number will no longer work after June 20 2015

We are including in this Notification the Support Agreement Procedure.

After Hours Support Calls
The following instructions are the Support Agreement Procedures to follow to obtain ADSi support after regular office hours and weekends.
ADSi’s regular business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Time, Monday through Friday. All support calls during business hours should use Option One.
Please copy, distribute, discuss, or in some way make available the following information to all supervisory personnel who might the need to contact ADSi in regards to an after-hours support issue. We feel that this procedure is the best and most efficient to follow for after-hours support issues.
Escalation procedures for support of ADSi applications
Option One:
Call 662-393-2046.
Select Option 3 when prompted.
Leave an urgent voice mail message that contains the SITE NAME, CONTACT PERSON, CALLBACK TELEPHONE NUMBER, DETAILS CONCERNING THE SUPPORT ISSUE AND APPLICATION THAT HAS ISSUES. An Example: Dispatch Supervisor Jones with Anywhere Fire, CAD, requires support, system down, please call at 901-383-9393 Ext. 1234
Allow for 20 minutes for a callback.
Option Two:
If you have to use a toll free number or if Option One did not work and you do not receive a callback from an ADSi technician within 20 minutes please call
1-844-455-6481and leave a message with the Answering Service. This is not a technical help desk. They will need the same type of information you would leave in Option One.
The Answering Service has emergency home and mobile phone contacts for ADSi Support personnel. There is a 3 level escalation procedure that will make sure your message is received by ADSi.
Guidelines and Follow-up:
If for some reason you attempt to call the 662-393-2046 (Option One) and you receive no answer, continue to Option Two. This has happened when the phone company had a service outage in our area. If problems are encountered with this procedure, please contact Joel House during regular business hours to advise and discuss the situation.
