We would like to thank you for expressing an interest in attending the Seahorse Invitational on Sunday November 9, 2014. Enclosed you will find all of the necessary information for the meet. If you should have any additional questions please call me at 847-404-9682 (cell number).
We would like to make you aware that the seating is limited. We feel that it will be adequate if the spectators remain in the pool area only when their swimmers are participating. We would appreciate your cooperation.
We will send a map in a separate mailing along with specific warm-up times.

WARM UP:Specific times and lanes will be assigned after all of the entries have been received. We will assign lanes and times based on the number of swimmers and the distance each team has to travel to the meet.
All ISI safety procedures will be followed during warm-up sessions. We will try to assign lanes to teams so you may run Warm-ups with only your team in your lane(s). The starting block covers will remain on the blocks until the lanes have been declared one way sprint lanes. Once the covers have been removed the lanes will be one way sprint lanes.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS:Swimmers may enter four (4) individual events and both relays. Swimmers may swim up in relays according to the Illinois Area Swimming rules.
AGE:The swimmer’s age is as if December 1, 2014. Please include each swimmer’s age on the entry forms.
RULES:NCAA and Illinois YMCA Swimming rules will govern the meet.

We would appreciate having you entries submitted on team or meet manager discs. We will also accept entries via E-Mail. If you wish to do your entries via E-Mail, send the entries to Mike Howard @
FEES: $3.00 per Individual Event
$12.00 per Relay
AWARDS: Trophies will be awarded to the First Place team.
There will be individual high point plaques for each age group.
Medals will be given for first six places in individual events and ribbons for seven thru twelve places.
Medals will be given for first three places in relays and ribbons for places four to six.
LIABILITY:The Kenosha YMCA, the staff, and the Seahorse Swim Team assume no responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
SEATING:Seating is limited and spectators are requested to remain in the pool area only when their swimmers are racing. Coaches only will be allowed on the south (windows) side of the pool. We will provide chairs for coaches, however, you may want to bring chairs of your own that will be more comfortable.
