GATE CODE CHANGE

4789

March 11 is the first day of Daylight Savings and we will be changing our gate code. The new gate code number will be 4789. Both gate codes will work until April 15.

Puppy Poop Pick Up

All pet owners – we have noticed some of you are not picking up after your pet. The community has purchased pick-up bag dispensers and we ask you to please use them. Many are taking pets outside the community near the gate area and not picking up.

This is still property we maintain, and you should ALWAYS have a bag handy to pick up after your pet.

PLEASE –PLEASE, don’t give our pets a bad name in the community – pick up after them!!!

Loitering and Littering

There have been reports from TWE residents regarding individuals hanging around in parked cars throughout the neighborhood (primarily in quiet cul de sacs). They are engaging in inappropriate behavior and littering.

We ask neighbors to write down license plate numbers of cars and report all incidents to JD Richardson. Please do not approach the vehicle for your own safety.

We also ask parents of kids who may be involved to warn them they are on radar, and what may seem like a private area - may not be. A special thanks to caring neighbors who take the time to pick up trash from these people. We cannot impose on them; effort from everyone will keep our community safe and clean.

Join the HOA Board

There will be 3 vacancies on the TWE Home Owners Association Board in August. If you would like to donate your time to improve your community this is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference. Please speak with one of the current board members or contact JDR for the appropriate forms.

Kindergarten Registration and Ocean Air School

From the Del Mar School District..... Submitted by Scott Wooten

When registering students, parents will be asked to complete a registration packet and provide proof of residence, proof of student immunization and (when enrolling for Kindergarten or Grade 1) proof of the student's age.

For a complete list of required documentation for Kindergarten registration, see Kindergarten Registration Procedures (PDF). In addition, the DMUSD complies with state-mandated health requirements for school entry. For a complete list of required health documentation for registration, see Health Requirements.

To be eligible for enrollment students must be 5 by December 2 of the current year and must currently be residing in the Del Mar School District. Parents may register Kindergarten students commencing Wednesday, March 14th from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. and beginning March 15th during school office hours of Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you do not have a kindergarten student to register for the fall, but know a neighbor who does, thank you for passing this information on to them.

The project continues to be on schedule for completion in August 2007. View more pictures on the website at .
