Today I will be doing a Prophecy Update. Now you might ask, “Why would I want to hear about End Times Prophecy? What significant role does it play in my life?”
Great questions that need answers.
(click)First of all the world is heading on a fast track to destruction. Man’s selfishness, greed and laziness are Satan’s tools to destroy all that is good.
Satan has been trying to ruin God’s creation since Genesis chapter 3.
He wants to destroy mankind anyway He can.
He hates anything God loves. He hates life, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, order and mostly he hates anyone that has a personal relationship with the Creator.
He especially hates God’s chosen people – the Jews. He will do all he can to destroy them.
He wants mankind to worship him and will do that with empty promises of wealth, health, happiness, false religions and power over others.
He appeals to the natural desires of the flesh.
It is prophesied that one day Satan will raise a man up to conquer the world and make everyone else worship Him, the Beast.
To do this he needs to develop a one world religion, a one world government, and a one world currency.
He needs to take down the nation of Israel and destroy any country that hinders his plans.
Satan’s number one false religion and tool of death, destruction and oppression is Islam. His number two tactic is socialism which then leads to communism. This removes the freedom people have by control.
(click)The Bible is also full of prophecy regarding the last days and the future hope of the Messiah.
So secondly, as Christians we need to know and understand all of the Word of God especially sections that deal with our not too distant future – End Times Prophecy.
The scriptures prophesied that Messiah would come down to earth twice.
First to establish His kingdom in man’s heart, which many in here I hope have experienced.
If you haven’t asked Jesus to be your Lord and Savior yet then it will be very difficult for you to survivethe Tribulationuntil He comes a Second time.
Just listen to the teaching CD’s I did on the book of Revelation and you will better fully understand what I mean.
The second time Messiah comes to this earth will be to rule and reign for a thousand years.
He will put an end to evil doers and establish His throneof righteousnessin Jerusalem.
(click)Thirdly, Jesus warns us to watch and be ready for His return.
These days are not to take us by surprise like a thief in the night.
When the signs of the Last Days begin to appear, we need to look up and lift up our heads because our redemption draws near – Luke 21:28.
You see, before Jesus comes and deals with Satan and his minionshe will remove the Church from planet Earth, which has been coined “The Rapture,” and then seven years of tribulation will follow.
After that Jesus will come on the scene a Second time and conquer the world and establish His throne on the earth for a thousand years.
Most of the End Time Prophecy revolves around one thing, Israel.(click)
Israel is God’s time piece because they are God’s chosen people.
They are always at the heart of prophecy.
Consequently those that are not true followers of God will belike Satan and dislike Israel or the Jewish people – anti-Semitic.

End Time Prophecybegan with Israel becoming a nation again on May 14, 1948.
This was prophesied about in Ezekiel 36 & 37 where God would rattle the bones of the dead, put flesh on them and gave them life once again.
The next major marker we look for is Satan raising up a man to rule the world.
(PIC)The stage is set for the Mark of the Beast as described in Revelation 13:16-18. The technology, infrastructure, and economic motivation for implementation all exist and widespread social acceptance of such a system is perhaps only a year or two away.
Beforethe anti-Christ can do this there has to be a couple things that happen first.
PICThe apostasy of the Church and the Rapture of the Church.
2 Thess 2:1-3 – Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him (Rapture), we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away (apostasy of the Church) comes first.
Then verses 7-8 say, ‘For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way (Rapture). And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.’
Once the anti-Christ is on the scene he will bring about temporary peacebetween the Arabs and the Jews, the Jews willrebuild their temple, he will then usher in a one world government and currency and a one world religion.
One World Government: Pope Francis wants us to recognize “the household is the whole world. It’s our household. It’s our common home.”
One World Economy: Forbes –Pope Francis has an ambitious goal: “To redesign our global economy to serve even our most vulnerable. His vision of a new ‘social economy’ is one that discards and hides no one.”
For these End Timesmarkers to take place we will begin to see some things that will lead up to them.

*June 17, 2017 Pope Francis called for “a one world government” and “political authority” this week, arguing that the creation of the one world government is needed to combat major issues such as “climate change.” Speaking with Ecuador’s “El Universo” newspaper, the Pope said that the United Nations doesn’t have enough power and must be granted full governmental control “for the good of humanity.”

Where do we get these ideas from?Jesus and Prophecy.
The disciples wanted to know when the End Times events were going to take place and the signs of His coming.
Matt 24:4-8 - "Take heed that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. 6And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for allthese things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences,and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of sorrows. NKJV
Then the rest of chapter 24Jesus goes through the things that will happen in the First Half of the Tribulation and then the Second Half. He finishes with these words that Luke wrote down for us.
Luke 21:28 - Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near." NKJV
(PIC)For the Christian we are watching for the signs of the times – the birth pains. Like birth pains, End Time Prophecies will accelerate and get more intense.
Because when these things begin to take place our redemption draws near.
We don’t go through the Tribulationnor should we fear because we are not subject to the wrath of God.
For the Church we are only going to see the birth pains that lead up to the Tribulation.
For the Tribulation to begin the Church must be removed from the planet (Rapture of the Church) because He willpour out His wrath on a Christ rejecting world and the we are not subject to His wrath;
1 Thess 1:10 – Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.
1 Thess 5:9 – For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Thenthere is a Treaty with Israelthat the Anti-Christwill confirm for seven (7) years.
Part of the Treaty of confirmation will be the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple. (Daniel 9:27)
As believers we aren’t looking for the day Jesus is going to remove His Church. For He says that day and hour no one knows but…He then goes on to explain how we will know the season of His coming.
So, it’s okay to know the season and be wise and informed in the days we are living in.
Now let’s look at some events that have taken place this last year and some things that could happen this year that pertain to what Jesus told us to watch out for.
Prophecy issues of 2017

Jesus said there would be this saber rattling going on among the nations.
The majority of the current wars are religious in nature.
Wars in 2017 and current: Afghanistan, Syria, South Sudan, ISIS, Mexican drug war, Somali Civil War, Yemen, Ukraine vs. Russia and Terrorism
The main instigator of this warlike behavior comes mainly from one group of people – those that believe in Islam.
I know many claim the Islam is peaceful and that is true for a certain sec of Islam. The TV shows and media sure want us to believe that.
Unfortunately, manySunni’s or the Shiite’s are bent on destroying western civilization and conquering the world for Allah.
The Shiite Muslims are the greater perpetrators of the wars around the world and they are often killing each other.
The Shiite’s want to institute Sharia Law on the World, which is the moral and religious law of Islam.
It is very controlling and oppressive, especially towards women.
In 2016, 75 percent of terrorist attacks listed in the Global Terrorism Database took place in just 10 countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Somalia, Turkey, Nigeria, Yemen and Syria.
Birth Pains of NaturePIC
The earth during the Tribulation is going to go through incredible upheaval. In fact most of the planet will be destroyed by fire, earthquakes, tornadoes, tidal waves, 100 lb hailstones, meteorites, and more.
The planet will be such a mess that Jesus will have to complete restore it for it to be habitable.
So, Jesus tells us to watch for earths birth pains for before He comes for His Church they will grow in intensity.

Total storms – 17; Hurricanes – 10; Major Hurricanes – 6 (Cat. 3+) – Matthew 24:7
All ten of the season's hurricanes occurred in a row, the greatest number of consecutive hurricanes in the satellite era. In addition, it was by far the costliest season on record, with a preliminary total of over $292.23 billion (USD) in damages, which is nearly double the total of 2005, and essentially all of which was due to three of the season's major hurricanes — Harvey, Irma, and Maria.
Earthquakes were down in 2017
(PIC)While the south east was being pummeled by high winds and rain the western half of the United States was on fire. There were fires in 6 states and Canada.
2017: From January 1 to December 22, 2017, there were 66,131 wildfires, compared to 65,575 wildfires in the same period in 2016, according to the National Interagency Fire Center. About 9.8 million acres were burned in the 2017 period, compared with 5.4 million in 2016. As of December 22, for the year so far, 2017 ranked higher in number of acres burned compared to the 10-year average. The year 2017, was worst wildfire season in the history of modern California. There was over $9 billion in claims in California alone.
Sept. 14th – Business Insider: A staggering amount of land has burned so far this season — more than 8 million acres, along with more than 500 homes and other structures, according to the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS). The Forest Service has spent more than $1.75 billion fighting fires so far this fiscal year, and the Interior Department has spent more than $391 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

According to “Wildlife Today” Wildfires consumed 9.8 million acres in the United States in 2017. That is an equivalent to all of western Washington burned. 15,312.5 square miles burned (WA - 71,362 – 4.66)
Israel is God’s Time Piece (PIC)
There were three major events that happened to Israel in 2017 that I find significant.
Simply out of hatred – Anti-Semitism and the rise of Islam. (PIC)Satan has used Islam to attacked Israel for hundreds of years. It only intensified in the 1940’s when Israel desired to have their country back and became a nation on May 14, 1948.
ADL, in its latest Audit of Anti-Semitic Incidents, reports that from Jan. 1 to Sept. 30 there were 1,299 anti-Semitic incidents across the United States, including physical assaults, vandalism, and attacks on Jewish institutions. That total represents a 67 percent increase over the same period in 2016 and already exceeds the 1,266 incidents reported all of last year. Of the incidents reported, there has been a disturbingly high number of anti-Semitic bullying and vandalism incidents in K-12 schools and college campuses across the U.S.

Israel regains Control of the Temple Mount(PIC)
I'm not sure how to convey to you both the seriousness and awesomeness of what transpired in Jerusalem Friday, July 17, 2017.(click) In short, the Jordanian Waqf has effectively lost control of the Temple Mount for the first time since 1967. It is now in the hands of Israeli police. Following the tragic shooting of two Israeli police officers on that Friday, by Palestinian terrorists, Israeli police assumed control of the Temple Mount. (click)They have since installed metal detectors on all entrances used by Muslim worshipers and the Waqf has called for a complete Muslim boycott until the metal detectors are removed.(click)
Some Israeli government officials are stating that the Temple Mount status quo, which has been in place since June 17, 1967, has changed:
(click)“The Islamic Waqf’s jurisdiction over the Temple Mount is over and Israel will now work to reestablish Jewish sovereignty over the holy site,” said Knesset Member Ari Dichter (Likud) on Tuesday.
(click)“Israel is the sovereign on the Temple Mount, period. The fact that the Waqf became a sovereign on the Temple Mount ended last Friday,” declared Dichter, chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee and former head of the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), on Israeli public radio, Israel National News reported.
When Israel took complete military control of Jerusalem in 1967, its government immediately caved to international political pressure and gave sovereignty of the Temple Mountback to the Islamic/Jordanian Waqf, establishing a status quo in which Jews could worship and pray at the Western Wall, but not on the Temple Mount. The Jews are now ascending theTempleMount to pray, which used to be forbidden. Riots have broken out across Jerusalem.
