This course was a senior level undergraduate course in the department of psychology that consisted of both a lecture and lab component. The lab aspect of the course involved facilitating practice group counseling sessions and indirectly supervising 3 individual sessions for each student focused on practicing various basic counseling skills. Assignments involved a midterm and final exam, a major research critique and a detailed lab report and self-critique incorporating data collected during individual sessions. This position also included supervising 1 graduate teaching assistant and 6 undergraduate teaching assistants.

This course was a first year Master’s level course in the College of Education that spanned two semesters.
