Based in our Singapore office, Informa Global Markets, a leader in real time analysis of the financial markets, is seeking a Credit Market Analyst/ Reporter. This role is integral to the expansion of our real-time bond market coverage. Covering primarily SEA alongside Australian/NZ credit;the Credit Market Analyst/ Reporter role involves providingfirst hand, real time information on new issues as well as writing insightful commentary, analysis and opinion pieces on these respective markets.
The successful applicant needs to becomfortable interacting on a daily basis with a deep network of contacts in sell-side and buy-side institutions across the region, utilising cutting-edge tools to write and publish in an engaging and real-time manner. The person should also be a motivated and enthusiastic team player, who is interested in helping developa deeper coverage of market themes, trends and colour as we continue our diversification away from pure new issue tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Real-time first handcoverage of the Asian bond markets, including USDand regional/local currency issuance.
Fast, accurate publishing of deal terms to a set format and timely maintenance of databases
Contribution of pre- and post-launch analysis of major deals utilising timely and accurate market derived information(rumours, price talk, book-build and pricing analysis vscomparables).
Establishing and maintaining a deep regional contact base, cultivating sources from both sell-side (banks) and buy-side (investor) communities.
Publishing regular, differentiating first hand insight of industry themes and trends.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills (English language).
Relevant industry experience, through reporting, researching or working in the Asian financial markets.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
A deep contact base within the Asian financial markets, including practitioners at all levels on both sell and buy-side.
Demonstrated data analysis skills
Asian languages will be of benefit
