As a senior executive at the Charles E. Thomas Company(CET) in Gardena, CA, Mr. Pecci was directly involved in the management of a $30 million diversified oil services company with operations in construction, fueling system compliance monitoring, service, equipment distribution and related networking systems. During his four years with CET, Mr. Pecci was responsible for accounting, information technology and corporate compliance. Major accomplishments include redesign and upgrade of the IT infrastructure and selection and installation of a new ERP system.
From 1986 until the 2002, Mr. Pecci served as the Vice President of Finance for Alpha Meat Packing Co., Inc in South Gate, CA a $20 million food manufacturing company. His responsibilities included: management and assessment of the companies accounting, finance, treasury/investment, risk management, legal, information technology, pricing/ inventory and human resources operations. Major accomplishments include increase margins by 10% through redesign and implementation of new operating practices, negotiated and financed $6 million acquisition and retrofit of the currently leased processing facility increasing refrigerated space by 10,000 sq ft., reduced employee turnover by 65%, reduced work place injuries by 88.5% and negotiated two CalOSHA and one National Labor Relations Board investigations with no citations
From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Pecci was included in a start-up internal information systems auditing function for Harris Corporation in Melbourne, FL a $3 billion diversified international high technology manufacturing company that included government contracts, manufacturing satellites, computes, silicone chips and office equipment distribution. Major accomplishment includes convincing executive management to procure an independent review of data access security throughout the organization.
For the previous six years Mr. Pecci was employed in the banking industry serving with First Atlanta Corporation in Atlanta, GA and United Virginia Bank in Richmond, VA each a $12 to $15 billion full service financial institutions as systems consultant/auditor.
Mr. Pecci received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Richmond and an Associates of Science degree in computer networking systems from ITT Tech.
