- President
i. MGC banners
- Banners are updated in the union and they are posted.
ii. SAC status
- We are only allowed to have one room for a business meeting per week. The rooms will be posted on Wiggio.
iii. Constitution
- The updated constitution is on the Wiggio group. Contact an eboard member if you have any future questions.
iv. Open Eboard Position
a. There is an open Eboard position. The potential candidates are:
- Erica Vasquez
- Marco Blanco
- Nick Myers
- Nominations will be next voting council 9/14 /09 and voting will take place the following voting council 9/28 /09.
v. Extension
- A packet has been put together from this summer. It has been submitted to the Greek life office for review.
- Robin, as well as the Greek Life Department, are reviewing the packet and will report to the council soon.
vi. Wiggio
- If you are not on the Wiggio group, contact Charleta Williams at , so that you can be added.

- MGC cannot be on the flyers of on campus events, only off campus functions.

- No more changes to weeks or events. We must have a seven days notice of any changes that are made.
- There are six weeks during the fall semester.
- There are organizations with events on the same days, but they are unofficial events.

ii. Sprite Step off
- Cocoa-Cola sent information about a step competition. The locations are Atlanta, Georgia and New Orleans, Louisiana for our region. The Atlanta, Georgia date is October 10, 2009.
iii. On the Eight
- Presentations on Sept. 29th, Oct. 7th, and the 15th in HCB102 at 8 p.m. If you have any questions please email: . Each organization needs to send 2-4 members

- Proposals
- Three proposals from Divas: Event at skate world- rejected
- HSLU/Diva co-sponsorship Sept.16 from 7 p.m.-9 p.m.: passes
- Divas: Community Service at the local Animal Shelter on September 6 from 1-5 p.m.: rejected
- Divas have till October 5, 2009 to fulfill their required event to be considered for membership and to present. The application is due by September 14, 2009, which is the 2nd voting council. October 12, 2009 would be their presentation.

- Dream Act is this Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the Senate Chambers.
- Theta Nu Xi presents its newest members
- Sigma Beta Rho is now an associate chapter. Congrats
- Lambda Theta Phi is hosting a music festival this Sunday, September 6, 2009.
- Applications are due September 7, 2009 at midnight for the Standards Officer position.
