AMENDMENT

THIS matter coming on for hearing before the Commission at Brisbane on 18 March 2008 and 31 March 2008, this Commission orders that the said Order be amended as follows as from 14 April 2008:

1. By deleting clause 18 of Schedule 2 and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

TRADING HOURS - QUEENSLAND CARAVAN, CAMPING SHOW

TOURING HOLIDAY SHOW

ORDER

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other Order to the contrary, this Order shall apply to the non-exempt shops of exhibitors at the special exhibition, known as the Queensland Caravan, Camping Show Touring Holiday Show, to be held on the premises of the RNA Showgrounds, Gregory Terrace, Brisbane, once each year commencing in early June, on consecutive days and the number of days duration of each show shall not exceed seven (7) days.

(2) The trading hours of the abovementioned shops shall be as follows:

Opening Time / Closing Time
Wednesday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Thursday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Friday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Saturday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Sunday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Monday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Tuesday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.

2. By deleting clause 20 of Schedule 2 and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

TRADING HOURS - CARAVAN AND CAMPING SALE

ORDER

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other Order to the contrary, this Order shall apply to the non-exempt shops of exhibitors at the special exhibition, known as the Caravan and Camping Sale, to be held on the premises of the RNA Showgrounds, Gregory Terrace, Brisbane, once each year on or about the last weekend in October, on consecutive days and the number of days duration of each show shall not exceed three (3) days.

(2) The trading hours of the abovementioned shops shall be as follows:

Opening Time / Closing Time
Friday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Saturday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
Sunday / 9.30 a.m. / 6.00 p.m.
