Innovative aspects
Algorithmic Research released CoSign, a new Digital Signature in a box product. CoSign is an easy to deploy, easy to manage, all in one box, Digital-Signature Application. CoSign can be used for the following services:

Signs and seals organization's staff electronic workflow documents, ERP transactions, reports and various forms, and provides the digital equivalent of hand-written signatures;
Robustly authenticates electronic records or documents and their authors and enable electronic workflows, providing the necessary trust for data integrity and proof of signer identity;
Provides Non-Repudiation services through proof of origin;
Enable enterprises to close the last hole in a completely “Paper Free Enterprise”.

Why CoSign and not other solutions?
CoSign is the only product available today that can offer the above mentioned services with total cost of ownership of between 10- 40 USD per user, comparable with 100-200 USD per user with today’s commercially available solutions. In addition CoSign:

reduces deployment time to a few days, compared with a few months
