Introduction – Shane Moore
Shane Moore introduced Michael Corrigan to the group. Michael is now looking after Shane’s work.
Current production incidents – Michael Corrigan- Michael provided an update on the current incidents:
- INC13986276 - Response messages not complying with the schema – we are still looking into this issue. We will advise when a fix for this issue has gone in.
- INC13950947 - The FVSG-Bulk intermittent issue for Qvalent – still under investigation.
Discussion Items from the group
- Michael Corrigan confirmed we have had no updates to data through the FVSU service
- Michael confirmed that any user of the FVSU service should contact us when they are doing updates. GBST queried the lead time. We confirmed we should be identified when the update happens. The ATO doesn’t require a specific lead time.
- DST Bluedoor explained their query re effective dates and end dates.
We have investigated the issue which related to a conversion process from XBRL to .csv.
The issue has now been finalised.
- Qvalent are having issues with pulling the bulk file.
Action: Qvalent to provide Shane Moore / Michael Corrigan with the message times in order for us to investigate.
- CBA queried issues with the EVTE environment
