The Mishicot Agriculture Department is one that encourages interactive hands-on learning for all students. In order to maintain the success of our program, we must strengthen all aspects of instruction. A quality agriculture education program is comprised of three parts. The three parts are: Classroom/Laboratory Instruction, FFA, and Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE). All agriculture classes will have a final SAE project students will be responsible for.
Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) Project:
The project will be worth approximately 10% of the student’s grade in the class. This project will be determined by the student as to what they will do, but must follow the guidelines set forth by Ms. Propson. You may refer to the FFA Student Handbook (pg. 89-100) or our website: mishicotag.weebly.com for ideas. If you have an existing SAE, your project can be evaluated through proficiency applications in the FFA.
