AND CELEBRATION AN ANNIVERSARYOF 15THFOUDATION OF VIETNAM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARITIME MEDICINE

The organizing Committee of the 5thVNSOMH,invites everyone interested in the field of maritime health to attend and scientific paper presentation (oral or poster presentations) the 5thVietnam National Symposium of Maritime Health(5thVNSOMH) to be held at 26th, March2016 in Haiphong-Vietnam
Our Scientific Committee will decide selection according the following aspects: related topics (see the topic of symposium), novelty, scientific quality, opportunity etc. in a separate paper rules of presentation can be clarified.
Structure of abstract: introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, style for references (about 10 documents). We will only admit papers available in a word processor (preference: Word or Word Perfect) and figures in files (make available a diskette or CD or preferably send it by E-mail ;). See 5thVNSOMH secretariat postal address.
Once the communications accepted, multimedia tools (projector for slides, Power Point) will be at your disposal for presentations, you should specify your needs. Bio-data should be sent to the secretariat in order to guide the chairpersons of the round tables during the meeting. In general, plenary papers will be allowed 15 minutes for presentation.
Posters should set up on Break of 26thMarch 2016, recommended size 90 (wide) x 120 (long) cm.
* All authors are expected to submit their full manuscript of their presentation. We have the intention to include it in the documents of the meeting (CD and some published in the Book of proceedings of 5thVNSOMH and Summary record). Please do not delay sending them.

This Symposium include topics in general scientific reports on sea transportationMedicine, IslandishMedicine, Fishing Industry, Harbour worker, Petroleum Medicine, Management of Emergencies and Disasters, Cruise and Travel Medicine, Underwater and Hyperparic Medicine and other fields of Maritime Medicine.
Who should attend?
Doctors working in maritime medicine and health field, other maritime workers and all persons who are interested in maritime – islandish medicine.

Further Information of Symposium
1. The costs of Symposium
All participants will cover yourself:
- The costs of your travel from home country to Haiphong, Viet Nam.
- Private social program.
Our Organizing Committee will cover:
- Local costs of accommodation of foreign delegates when they stay in Hai Phong, Viet Nam.
- Lunch and Gala Diner(26/3/2016) and Lunch (27/3/2016).
- Transportation from hotel to symposium.
2. Travel
Participants are expected to end their flight to Vietnam at the NoibaiAirport or local airport (If transit in Ho Chi Minh city).
As soon as you arrange your flight to Vietnam, please inform us on the date and time of your arrival to NoibaiAirport and the flight number. When receiving this information, we arrange that a staff from our Institute will pick up you from Noibai airport to Haiphong.
3. Accomodation
Foreign delegates will be provided free accommodation and meals at Hai Phong Navy Hotel, located at 27C, onDien Bien Phu Street, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong city.
4. Visa
Most participants will be required the Vietnamese visa, so please send Organizing Committee your Curriculum Vitae as soon as possible.
5. Climate
In March (summer in north Vietnam), the day temperatures in Haiphong area is about 22 – 25 Centigrade, the weather will be cool and sometime with little rain. All participants and guests will have an interesting sightseeing after symposium at sea or island in Hai Phong.
