BACKGROUND SCREENING:
Beyond a variety of national sources, our new level of screening includesa direct county/state of residence criminal record search for all counties in which an individual has lived within the past seven years, regardless of whether any “hits” appear on the national database searches. An additional benefit is the constant monitoring program, which notifies US Club Soccer of changes to an individual’s national criminal history during the time between full background screenings. This new standard exceeds FCRA requirements.

FAQs
A. Player ID Cards are good from August 1st through July 31st, one year. ID Cards are required by US Club. This is the only way a child is covered by their insurance and it is required it for all players.
B. Coaches and Managers ID Cards are good for two years.
C. US Club Soccer Sanctioned Tournaments do require you to have an ID Card for all coaches, managers, and players. If you are told the tournament does not require the ID Card this is incorrect. As mentioned above US Club requires the ID Card for insurance purposes. If the Tournament is US Club Sanction, then ID Cards are required.
D. ID Cards: The normal time frame to obtain the ID Card is two weeks. Please do not wait until the last minute to request them. During peak times this could take longer. It is the manager's responsibility to submit card request in time for the event they need them. I recommend you submit request three weeks in advance to ensure you have them in time.
E. Player Loan Form: A player that is on loan is a player that is already registered with US Club Soccer with another club or team. If the player is not registered with another US Club Team, then a Player Loan Form is not required. Just register the child online as you did the rest of your team.
F. Please do not contact US Club Soccer directly. Present all questions to the Solar Soccer Club Registrar.
