Here are some instructions for how to use it.
1. Decide on who needs feedback and what message they need to receive
Think about giving feedback on the following issues
•Achievements of the project, e.g., overall project progress, actions taken by participants
•Achievements of the target group, e.g., energy used/saved by individuals/all project participants
•Overall impact of the project, e.g.: actions taken by businesses/local government etc. to match the actions in the project
Write down you recipient and the message in the first column.
2. Select your format and media

3. Decide how often you will deliver your feedback
