1 / Juniors and Students:Please enter Date of Birth.
2 / British Tennis Membership:If you are not yet a member of British Tennis, please visit: Registration is the only way to obtain Wimbledon tickets:BT membership costs you nothing and helps this club to apply for more tickets. If you were a BT member last year,just tick the box (we will have the actual number).
3 / 100 Club Draw: We encourage members to make an additional voluntary contribution to the 100 club (£10 per adult membership). This will give you the chance to win a cash prize when the names are drawn (four times a year). 30% of the annual revenue from the 100 club is returned as prize-winnings but the scheme also generates significant additional revenue for the club.
4 / Student:Please provide details where student is over 21.
5 / Court Keys: If you require a new or additional key, the cost is £5.00. Maximum of two keys per membership. If you decide (at a future date) not to renew your CTC membership, please make sure you return your key. You will receive a £5 refund.
6 / Guest Fees:£2.50 per visit on weekdays before 4pm, £5 at all other times (children half price). The cost of maintaining our courts is approximately £11,000 p.a. and therefore we ask that all who use our courts should make a contribution our costsMembers who have brought along guests over the past year and have still not paid, can do so here. You are reminded that the same guest is allowed a maximum of 6 visits per year. Guest fees should normally be paid no later than 1 week after the visit. The fee(s) should be placed in an envelope, with the name of the member and guest on the front, and given to Rosana Scott, 11 Oakfields Road, Cringleford NR4 6XE.
7 / On-line Submission and Payment by Bank Transfer:
If you prefer, you can complete the registration form (Word document) on-line and submit as an attachment .
If you opt to pay on-line, please identify yourself as the Payee Reference (CTC/Name) and send proof of the completed bank transfer with your membership form. Bank details: sort 40-35-09 acc. no. 72161419

8 / Use of Images of Children/Young people under the age of 18: – please tick this box if you do not want any photos published on theclub’s website and/or Newsletter. All images used for publicity involve un-named children and comply with the LTA guidelines (see the LTA’s website: ). Gill Ellis is the Club’s Welfare Officer responsible for young people and vulnerable adults. A copy of the Club’s Welfare Protection Policy and statement can be viewed on the website.
9 / Juniors under 10 years: small children are only allowed on court if supervised by an adult. If parents/carers wish to practise with their children on CTC courts, it is necessary to take out half-family or full-family membership and obtain a court key (£5)

Shoe Tags:
