Below are some commonly asked questions. Please read through them and refer to the links for more information.
- Q: How do I Add Coaches to Team Pages?
A: Please follow the instructions below:
For the time being you will have to add your coaches under the "Team Users" option on the team page. The "Team Coaches" option is currently being updated, therefore it is best that you add them in under the "Team Users" option.
To do so follow the steps below:
Click on "Menu".
Hover over your school.
Hover over the "Team Management" option.
Click on the "Manage Teams" option.
Select a sport by double clicking on the team.
Once you are on the team page, click on the "Staff" icon.
Click the "Team Users" option.
Search for a coach by using either the first name, last name, or username search option and hit enter on your keyboard. (username is the best way to search if you know the persons username)
Click on the coach’s name.
Assign the appropriate privileges for that coach.
Click "Save" at the bottom.
When you search for a coach and his/her name does not come up that means that they do not have an account and one will need to be created.
You can create an account for them or you can have them create an account for themselves. Before they create an account, or you create one for them, please make 100% sure that they are not already in the C2C system. If you duplicate a person’s account, you will not be able to tell what account to use.
To create an account:
Go to you will see in the top right corner "Create Free Account".
Click "Create Free Account" and fill out the information.
Click “Save” at the bottom.
You will then be logged in as that person.
At the top right click on “Members Area”.
You will then see the Welcome page.
Click the “Mail” icon.
Click “System Account Created” and write down the person’s password.
Be sure to write all usernames and passwords down so you don't forget them.
- Q: How can I Upload Signature and Manage Signees?
A: Please follow the link below:
- Q: How can I Update MY Alerts Settings? (very important for getting proper alerts)
A: Go to your menu, “Account & Personal” and then “Your Account”. Click on the “Notifications” option, and from here choose what you would like to receive in an alert, email or SMS. Also, please make sure that your email address is correct under the “email” option (on your account settings page).
- Q: How do I Review Forms Sent to the FHSAA. Where do forms go when they are returned?
A: The forms automatically save to your “system cabinet” under the “unfiled documents”. You can check them there. If the file was saved and submitted to the FHSAA, when you open the file it will say “read only” at the top of the form. Once the FHSAA is done reviewing the form and sends it back, you will be able to read the correspondence under the “advanced” tab on the form.
- Q: How do I Input a Roster & Input Eligibility?
A: Go to your team page and click on the “roster” option and choose the correct season. (If you get a “no roster found”, please input a ticket with the details on the team, type and level that you are missing a roster for.) Once you are on the roster page you will see your existing roster if you have already input the athletes. To ADD students to the roster, click the “add” option at the bottom of the roster page. Search out the students name and then click their name once and then “accept” at the bottom. To update eligibility, please follow the instructions below:
- Q: How can I make a Tryout Roster?
A: When you are on your team page, and then the roster, please click the “advanced” tab. You will notice the “status” of the athletes (most read “active”). If you would like to change it to a tryout roster, you can simply click in the box that reads “active” and change it to tryout!
- Q: Why is my Roster Not Showing up on the Public View?
A: Only eligible athletes show on the public view.
- Q: Why is My Schedule Not Showing on the Public View?
A: If your team has not been entered into a division, the schedule will not show. Please input a ticket with the details of the team, type and level and we will go ahead and add you to your correct division.
