  1. It is to be used for research purposes only.
  2. Not to be offered for sale or be utilised in commercial processes involved in the preparation for sale of anybiological material.
  3. Not to be distributed to third parties.
  4. If the cell line is referred to in any publication, then correct reference will be made to the work of the originaldepositor and no alteration will be made to its ECACC title or acronym.
  5. It is understood that neither ECACC nor its depositors accept any liability whatsoever in connection with thehandling or use of the cell line.
