JUDGES DIRECTIONS
1. Evaluate the speech to the best of your ability and taking into account the grade level of the child.
2. Write the student’s scores in the appropriate boxes. You may use half points if that helps.
3. Be sure to score each of the areas and total the points.
4. Record the final rating on the appropriate line at the bottom of this evaluation sheet and then average with other judge’s score.
