The start date is not limited to the official period division, and can be started when agreed (1 week of work equals 1.5 hp). The project can be continued over the summer, but the oral presentation and examination must take place within the semesters. The project shall be completed, incl. report writing and presentation, within the weeks that the project comprises.
Eligibility control and registration takes at least 1 week. Hand in this form well in advance, as the student cannot start lab work before registration, due to insurance reasons.
Students who have not previously taken courses at SU need to provide official course transcripts for the eligibility control. European students who don’t come via Erasmus exchange must provide a passport copy before registration to avoid university student fees.
