Age / Minimum 21 years Maximum 30 years
Academic Qualification / Graduate or its equivalent in any stream.
Work Experience / 2-3 years of experience of data entry in BFSI Sector. Freshers can also be considered in exceptional cases
Responsibilities /
- Read through scanned copy of application form and other documents in the workflow to identify relevant information e.g. address etc.
- Verify information entered by the Maker is in line with the submitted documents.
- If mismatches exist or data entry is incomplete, write specific comments in the workflow and send application back to Maker.
- If data entry is complete and correct, submit the application for further processing.
Skills and other competencies /
- Conversant with the use of computers,
- Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications,
- prior experience of using Newgen’s Omniflow will be an added advantage.
- Typing speed with accuracy of minimum 30 words, per minute. (Should possess either a Government certificate or the Consultant may confirm in writing of having conducted an in-house skill assessment test)
- Able to read documents in regional languages (2-3) and fill into the system in English
- An eye for detail and good process & analytical skills.
- Appreciate the value in this profile for building an understanding of the business.
- Works accurately and fast under pressure
- Openness to take significant responsibility despite not being expert in a particular area.

- Verify that all regulatory and compliance requirements are satisfied and the particular transaction is safe to process
- Raise queries to branch through workflow in case additional information is required.
- Fill up checklist and submit application for further processing.

Work Experience / 4-5 years of experience in data entry, Checker and Supervisory function in BFSI Sector; and experience of managing teams of 10-15 members
Responsibilities /
- Monitor performance of team members and ensure adherence to TAT and error rate SLAs
- Conduct daily huddles with the team to review performance and encourage sharing of best practices.
- Resolve any doubts/ queries raised by team members in day-to-day operations.
- Support and coach team members by providing feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Identify skill gaps for team members and enrol them for relevant trainings.
- Complete yearly appraisal process for team members and recommend future course of action for each member.
- Ensure complete adherence to policies and procedures laid out for operations.
- Share ideas on process improvements on regular basis with process leads.
