List of approved resolutions

Resolution OGA5.1: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly ratifies the By-Laws as presented.

Resolution OGA5.2: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly approves the closing of the accounts for the financial years 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Resolution OGA5.3: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly approves the activity report and the Auditor’s reports for the financial years 2006, 2007, 2008, including the annual financial statements and report on regulated agreements. It absolves members of the Board of Governors & Auditors from financial responsibilities for the financial years 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Resolution OGA5.4: The 5th General Assembly, acting under By-Law 4, grants the President the opportunity to represent the Société des Eaux de Marseille on the Board for one more term of office.

Resolution OGA5.5: The 5th General Assembly approves, as an exception to By-Law 5.3.5, that the slate of candidates for College 5 at this General Assembly will include all candidates running for election in that college.

Resolution OGA5.6: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly confirms that the election of Governors has been legal and that the following members have been elected to the Board:

Resolution OGA5.7: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly takes note of the inputs received from the membership and outgoing Board of Governors before and during the 5th General Assembly and delegates the new Board of Governors to develop a strategy and workplan for the period 2010-2012 before March 2010.

Resolution OGA5.8: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly delegates the Board of Governors to develop budgetary guidelines and prepare a budget for the period 2009-2012.
