- Fuel Gas Line: 12 inches’ carbon steel pipes schedule 80, length – 2km. installed in a pipe rack inside an existing and live gas plant. Post weld heat treatment and pre heating is required to all well joints in every spool installed. After the hydro testing, chemical pipe cleaning is required prior to final commissioning and tie-in activities. The same activity was done in the two other gas plants of Saudi ARAMCO. As an EPC contractor, from design phase of the project until the complete handing over to the plant operator of SAUDI ARAMCO, the total project management was implemented in accordance to project cash flow monitoring
- Steam Line: 30 inches’ alloy pipe schedule 80, length 1 km. installed above grounds with MOV (Motor Operated Valves) and ESD (Emergency Shutdown Valves) were all engineering latest technology were utilized from fabrication to installation and commissioning the whole high pressure steam line in the interfacing with the TIHAMA POWER GENERATION COMPANY. The pipe was cleaned thru chemical cleaning and commissioned by internationally accepted hook-up, start-up, and final turn – over
- Boiler Feed Line: 24 inches’ carbon steel pipe schedule 80, length 2 km. with 86 isolation valves and pipe hot tapping activities coupled with 5 tie - in location all throughout the pipe rack elevation of 9 meters. Shop fabrication is the critical concern in the erection work based on project controls and company budgetary guidelines
