Application for Special Consideration for Class Registration
This form is to be used to apply for Special Consideration when the only class you can attend is unavailable to you, and you can demonstrate significant limitations in regard to attendance at alternative times.
A class is unavailable to you when the class is full and no further places will become available. If there are any places to be released at a future date you must attempt to register on that date. You may only apply for Special Consideration after all places have been released.
