Franchiseor any other businesses which may be obtained during the course of meeting or speaking with representatives of PIE IN THE SKY pie Co. FRANCHISECompanies.

We recognize that the information disclosed to is secret or confidential information and is valuable, special, and a unique asset of STACKED PICKLE. We agree that you will not disclose to others or use any such secret or confidential information, knowledge or data unless and until and then to the extent, and only to the extent, that such information, knowledge or data becomes available to the public otherwise than by the act or omission of yourself.

We agree to not use any information or data obtained during meetings with Pie In The Sky Pie Co. Franchiserepresentatives in a competitive manner.
