Weatherproof safety luminaire with high ingress protection class (IP65) and LED Technology suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, in line with European standards DIN EN 60598, DIN EN 60598-2-22 und DIN EN 1838. Alfalux LED E CG-S is also suitable for application in Safety illumination systems, in line with European standards DIN VDE 0100-718, DIN EN 50172 and DIN V VDE V 0108 100.

Robust design with an aluminium die-cast base and an impact-resistant, clear polycarbonate cover.

Narrow-beam, asymmetrical optics for efficient escape route illumination with minimum 1 lx,in line with European standard DIN EN 1838 for mounting heights of up to 28m.

Maximum spacing between luminaires:

> 15 m from 10 m mounting height

> 22 m from 20 m mounting height

(Calculations based on at least 1 lx in centre of escape route; maintenance factor = 0.8)

Lightsource: 2 x highly efficient, white 1.5 W Highpower-LEDs with optimised operating conditions deliver a working life of at least 50,000 hours.

Specialised LED-Converter with integrated module for the fault and performance monitoring of up to 20 individual luminaires (CEWA GUARD Technology). Freely programmable mixed operation (both maintained or non-maintained) without additional data or wiring required for the luminaires connected to the relevant emergency lighting system with STAR technology.
