Hereinafter called “The Trustees” (which expression shall unless to be

repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to include them, the

trustee or trustees of the being of these presents, the survivors or survivor of

them and the heirs, executors and administrators of the last surviving

trustee and their , this or his assigns of the

WHEREAS The Settlor is absolutely seized and possessed of in his

own right and as his self acquired property a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees

One Thousand Only).

AND WHEREAS the Settlor is desires of setting the said sum of Rs.

1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) UPON TRUST and subject to the

Powers, provisions, declaration and agreements, hereinafter contained of

and concerning the same

AND WHREAS the Settlor is desirous of making a Charitable Trust

wholly for Educational, Social and Charitable purpose of the said money.

The trustees have agreed to become the first trustees of this trust as

testified by their being parties to and executing the Trust Deed . The amount

of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) has been already transferred,

paid and handed over to the trustees before the execution of the trust deed.

Now this witnesses that for the purpose if effectuating the said desire the

settlor have irrevocable transferred the said amount of Rs /- to the

trustees ( the transfer whereof the trustees do and each of them do hereby

admit and acknowledge ) bring subject to the uses and trust hereinafter

mentioned ) :-

3. The aims, objects and purposes of the Trust are of the public charitable

in nature. This include initially the promotion and well being residents

of adjourning area by providing than the better living Environment &

Medical facillties. The Trust aim at charitable objects and other objects

of general public utility without any discrimination of caste, creed,

colour, region or sex.. Without prejudice to the generality of the

foregoing aims, objects and purposes , the trustees may apply the trust

fund or any part thereof in our towards any one or more of the following

objects in such proportion and in such manner in all respects as the

trustees may in their discretion deem fit and proper.

AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE TRUST

1. To promote educational, cultural and social development of the poor and

weaker section of the society.

2. To establish, conduct and manage schools, Colleges, professional and

technical institution imparting primary, pre-primary, secondary higher

secondary, Graduate and Post Graduate Education in all branches of

Arts, Science, Commerce , Agricultural, Law, Vocation, Politics,

Literary, Religion, culture, Fine Arts, Crafts, Journalism, Engineering,

Medicines and information Technology etc.

3. To run the education and Physical college such as D.Ed., B.Ed., B.P.Ed.,

B.P.E., M.D. Management course etc.

4. To establish and run D. Pharmacy, Dental & medical college

5. To establish conduct and manage ResidentialSchools and College

Including hostels for students coming from different parts id states/

Countries for education.

6. To establish and to manage computer institutions for imparting education

on Computer Science/Computer Engineering And Other Technology

7. To conduct meeting, conferences, studies surveys etc., in connection

with education in general.

8. To counseling and guidance to young generation kids for a better future.

9. To award scholarship, stipends, awards, medicalaid and other

concessions to pupils and deserving men and women who study in

school conducted by the society and also to provide books to deserved

students and scholars.

10. To give medical aid and treatment to poor and general public and to

give aids to public affects by draught , natural calamities etc.

11. To establish, conduct , manage maintain Hospitals, Charitable

dispensaries, maternity, child welfare center, convalescent homes,

sanatorium, hostels and other institutions for the benefit of public and

poor, needy and deserving persons and women, orphans.

12. To provide people at large with information an\bout personal

and disease prevention and to grant medical surgical and maternity

relief to all persons irrespective of caste, creed and colour.

13. To hold eyes camp, blood donation camp, medical camp and to provide

medicines facility and other medical help to the poor and

needy persons.

14. To assist the weaker persons of the society like widows, orphans and

other handicapped persons by providing financial, educational social

and medical relief and to teach them some trades according to their

capabilities to overcome their poverty and lead respective life.

  1. To asset any relief measures in those parts which are subject to natural

calamities like Famine, Fire, Flood, epidemic, drought, Earthquake

and other major accidents etc.

  1. To provide all kinds of medical help to girls and needy and deserving

Persons with a view to curtail their at the fag and of their life.

  1. To maintain and manage and public sanitary convenience so as to keep

the nearby vicinity clean and ultimately the city for the benefit of

public at large and to run Sulabh Shouchalay and other projects

regularly cleanliness.

  1. To start a home for orphans and/ or mentally handicapped children.
  1. Generally to do al such things as form time to time, may be necessary

to maintain the status and promote and encourage the furtherance of

the interests of the Society.

  1. To undertake social activities and to achieve educational, social and

General uplifts of the poor and needy people.

  1. To run various governments and Non- Government schemes for Old

Age, Handicaps, Women, Children, Youth, Tribal and Rural community through which they will get medical benefits to improve their physical and mental position & create healthy life.

  1. To promote various arts, cultural, social, & educational programmes

and provide literature to educate for the welfare of Nature and Animals

and publish and advertise in Books, Papers to achieve the Goal of the

Trust

  1. To youth guide to throw away the socially unwanted customs, remove

superstitions and traditions which are the obstructions for the upliftment & fight against addictions of drugs, liquor & smoking by organizing meetings, discussions, social, gathering, Street-plays, Padyatras, Seminars, Series, of lectures, conferences etc. and make them aware about the rational thoughts and to fight against.

  1. To establish, conduct, manage, various faculties for vocational

Guidance centre and information centre.

  1. Under the banner of as “ SCOPE FOUNDATION ” MUMBAI We will

celebrates 15th August, 26th January, 2nd October & traditional Occasion.

  1. To start the painting classes, English Speaking Classes, Montessori

Teachers Training and also Tailoring Classes For the poor students.

  1. To develop research and solution for the most burning problems of this

century like AIDS, CANCER and others.

  1. To assist any relief measures in those parts which are subject to natural

calamities like Famine, Fire, Flood, epidemic, drought, Earthquake and other major accidents etc.

  1. To Provide al kinds of medical help to girls, widow and needy and

deserving persons with a view to curtail their pains at the fag and their

life

  1. To establish, conduct, manage various faculties for vocational

Guidance centre an Information centre.

The area of operation of the trust shall be all over whole India.

The following persons are the first board of trustees for carrying out the trust & aims and objects and management of the trust andthey have agreed to act as the trustees.

3. If he is out if India for a continuous period of six months

without prior permission Charity Commissioner M.S. Bombay.

4. If he becomes insane or otherwise incapable of acting as a trustee

  1. If he remains absent from all the meetings if the trustees during a

year without obtaining leave of absence..

  1. If he is adjudged insolvent or applies to be adjudged as insolvent.

They and their office banners duties are as follows:

  1. To call all the meeting of the trust.
  1. To grant permission to discuss other topics which are other than

regular programmes of the trust.

trustees’ meeting.

11. To keep the accounts of the trust.

12. To look after the accounts of the trust and deposit of funds in bank/

banks.

Other Trustees :- They Shall Help in arranging functions and doing

day to day routine work.. They Shall perform all the responsibilities

entrusted to them by the .

II) The affairs of the trust shall be look after by the trustees under

IV) To approve receipt and payment of the trust and also prepare

balance sheets budget and the report of the proceeding year.

V) They have special authority for the financial development and the

programmes to look after thing related to purchase.

VI) The Chief Trustees can make proposal for the amendment of the

trust deed of the trust.

VII) They can appoint staff for trust decide on terms and conditions of

Work, salaries, parks and promotion. If the worker misbehaves the

Chief Trustees shall take the final decision.

VIII) The trustees shall work for the fulfillment of the objectives of the

trust and shall provide the necessary finance and requirements.

IX) For the fulfillment of objectives the board of trustees shall

communicatewith the other trusts and try to have relation with

these trusts.

X) The Chief Trustee may publish books, pamphlets and periodicals

to reach the members related of the trust and collect funds for the

programmes and shall collect funds for the same.

11. The meeting of the board of trustees shall be held at least once in each

quarter. If any resolution, he/she should give written notice three days

prior to the date of the meeting on requisition can be called any time so

that proper decision and action can be taken on time. Requisition

meeting will have full powers like board of the trustees meeting.

The Chief Trustees (Chairman) shall preside at the meeting of the

trustees. In absence of the Chairman at any meeting, the trustees present

shall appoint one from among themselves to be the Chairman of the

particular meeting only. The President shall have a casting vote.

In Case of difference of opinion arising among the trustees and

in all matters wherein the trustees shall have a discretion any power

excluding the appointment of trustees and the votes of the majority of

the trustees for the time being voting in the matter shall prevail and be

binding on all the trustees and if the trustees shall be equally divided in

opinion the matter shall be decided according to the casting vote of the

Chief Trustees . Any resolution of the trustees may be varied from time

to time.

12. The Trustees shall have deposit, the trust moneys or any other portion

thereof in any nationalized bank or banks or other govt.

approved Co. Op. Bank either by way of saving account or current

account jointly by Chief Trustees or two trustees one of whom shall be

the managing trustees.

13. Trustees shall be given a notice art least 7 days prior to the date of

meeting. There shall be quorum when at least 2/3 rd trustees are

present at any meeting of the trustees. It a Quorum shall not have

assembled within prescribed time appointee for the meeting. The

meeting shall be held after half an hour of prescribed time on that

day.Such adjourned meeting no. quorum is required and the decision

at such meeting shall bind very trustees.

14. The accounting year shall be from 1st April to 31st March every year for

the financial development and programmes the trust can take loans as

well as accept deposits from any banks, persons, trustees, companies

with prior permission under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950,

Section 35 from Charity Commissioner, MaharashtraState Mumbai.

The Chief Trustees shall look after the Management of the

fixed and Current asset and the Chief Trustees have the authority to

sale, purchase and lease out the current and the fixed asset of the trust

with the prior permission under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950

15. A minute book shall be kept, Minutes of the entry onto office of every

trustee and all proceeding the meeting of trustees shall be entered in

the minute book and shall be signed by the President of the meeting

i.e. the Chief Trustee of the conclusion there of or at the next

meeting or when they shall have been full drafted.

Proceeding Books other concern book official

correspondence, proper and regular books of accounts of all

accounts of al receipts and the expenditure of the trust shall be

maintained in the language English Or Hindi. Any matter of

business of a routine or formal or urgent nature may be determined

by circular without meeting of the trustees provided that is agreed to

by 3/5th majority of all the trustees.

16. Trustees can apply and utilise the part of the initial corpus of the trust

and any other fund or funds, they may receive as by way of donation

and /or gift towards object of the trust. They will not be bound to give

any cause or explanation in this behalf.

17. The Chief Trustees may amalgamate this trust and its properties with an

trust or institutions having objects wholly or any of them similar to

those to this trust provided they pass an unanimous resolution to that

effect and sanction ( if necessary) of the appropriate authority as may

be required under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, and/ or the

Income Tax Act 1961 and Indian Trust Act 1882 or any other

prevailing act applicable to the Charitable Trust is Obtained.

The Provision of this Trust deed excluding the ame of the trust

can be amended, altered, abrogated and varied by the Chief Trustee

and sanction (if necessary ) of the appropriate authority as may be

required under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 and/or Income Tax

Act 1961 and/or any other prevailing Act applicable to the Charitable

Trust is obtained upon the sale of other transferred by the trustees

under the power conferred aforesaid the purchaser transferors dealing

bonafide with trustee shall not be concerned to see or inquire whether

the occasion of executing or exercising such power has arisen orother

the provisions as to appointment and retirement of trustees herein

contained have been properly and regularly reserved and performance

The purchaser transferors shall nor be concerned to sell to the

application of the purchase money or other consideration and shall not

be answerable for the loss, misapplication or non application thereof

The receipt of any of the trustees for any income of the trust

fund or for any documents or title securities papers or other

documents and the receipts ant two or more of the trustees for any

other money or properties shall be sufficiently and shall effectual
