  1. Suggestions and observations for the 2015-16 Governing Council. (Several items previously submitted in written and oral reports topast ICA governing council / executive committees.
  2. Discuss importance of division/chapter reports and communications in our ICA publications, websites, and newsletters.
  3. Send all governing council reports and last governing council minutes to council members no later than 2 days prior to our meeting. Governing Council and Executive Committee members need timely information prior to all meetings.
  4. Past practice of submitting reports by the ICA executive committee members for each meeting should be re-establishedfor integrity and collective knowledge ofthe ICA.
  5. Discuss request to state or display the ICA Vision and Mission Statement at executive/governing council meetings on November 12, 2015.
  6. Discuss the feasibility of the ICA Executive Director to publish membership numbers forthe ICA and its divisions.
  7. Include executive committee and governing council members in agendameeting items.
  8. Regular communications from the ICA persons in leadership positions areneeded.
  9. Inquire again if a weekly system of informing ICA membership of division and chapter activities, meetings, conferences, and needs can be established.
  10. Request status of the ICA Strategic Plan on November 12, 2015.
  1. Brought the request of funding for Leadership Academy participants from Pat McGinn to the IASGW Executive Board. Great appreciation is extended toIASGW who supported the funding of two 2015 Leadership Academy participants.
  1. Await beginning of archives work with Co-Chair La Cleta Hall.
  1. Requested/received list of 2015-2016Past Presidents from the ICA executive director.
  1. Submitted November 12th governing council report to executive director as requested
  1. Connecting 2015-2016 division presidents with ICA past presidents will resume.There is no Division Connections Report for 2014-2015 as Dr. Kevin Stouffer appointed a separate task force to work with divisions and chapters during that time.
  2. Kris Wheatley supported IASGW through communications with IASGW President, Ryan Liberati, and the leadership team,Kris organized the first free networking event for IASGW members in July 2014, attendedGoToMeetings, the annual IASGW meeting and coordinated the IASGW volunteer sign- up conference table. Kris serves in the capacity of vice-president for IASGW.
  1. The annual Past President’s Chapter meeting will be held from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14th.
  1. Election of November 2015- November 2016 officers will be conducted at the annual meeting, November 14, 2015.
