Description
Provides genetic testing to establish legal paternity when a ___ County child is born out of wedlock and no Paternity Affidavit has been signed. The mother, the suspected father, the child, or the Division of Family Resources may initiate genetic testing through the Prosecutor's Office.

Description:
Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and exploitation of endangered adults (adults who are unable to care for themselves or manage their property due to physical or mental incapacity) in ____, _____, and ____ County. Indiana law requires citizens to report all cases of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an endangered adult to the nearest Adult Protective Services office or to law enforcement agents. All reports are confidential.
