A)DEVELOPMENT ISSUES:

  1. Finalization of minutes of outcome of Urban and Rural un-even workload distribution committee.
  2. Proper utilization of CRM to generate SSA level reports at SSA head quarters. Field staff needs not to be engaged for various reports.
  3. Migration of Civil executives in Telecom District to utilize engineering expertise in telecom field (EB & Marketing).
  4. Allotment of vehicle to SDE Dindori against scrapped Matador.
  5. Timely sanction of Temp. Advance without continued follow ups.
  6. Manning of Important CSCs on holidays & Weekly off in urban area and it’s working for 8.00 Am to 8.00 PM.
  7. Shortage of material like drop wire, EPBT, UY-connector, various sizes of cable for maintenance work.
  8. Signature of AGM (MM) shall not require on requisition forwarded by field DEs or implement paperless working.
  9. Tender for CLIP EPBT repairing.
  10. Sanction of pending Estimates in TNF Areas as well as providing NTC in feasible areas.
  11. FTTH for BB to K K Wagh College of Engineering Nashik.
  12. Provision of material & Tender for FTTH customers in the Industrial area & TNF pockets.
  13. Encourage use of CDMA connections for swapping machines for BSNL CSC, Petrol pumps, Retailers & hotels etc.
  14. Distribution of 1000 of unused CDMA RUIMs.
  15. Processing of MSEDCL Bills centrally as like Dhule SSA to avail prompt discount & avoid delay payment charges.
  16. Insufficient fund for Development and Maintenance activities in SSA.
  17. Expansion of Mobile network so as to provide required services to our esteemed customers.
  18. Formulate the plan for fixed line services, Mobile services, and FTTH services to grab business of huge number of multistoried buildings in Nasik.
  19. There is huge Demand for reconnection of Prepaid MKS- II those are disconnected for various reasons.( This will great help in increasing Revenue and reducing outstanding Amount).
  20. Delay in sanctioning estimates.
  21. Top level co-ordination for recovery of reinstatement charges from NMC, National highway Authorities against severely damages of our cable network and shifting of cable routes and Telecom assets due to expansion and development work by these organizations.
  22. Replacement of life expired faulty Battery sets for DLCs.
  23. No spare hardware / Cards available for maintenance for BTS, BSC and MSC at SSA Level and delay in repairing of Hardware Cards from vendors and imposing penalties for delay.
  24. For 2G&3G Node B, no spare Hardware for repairs and replacement of faulty cards at SSA level.
  25. Drive Test and optimization is to be carried out for each and every site regularly to minimize inferences and to improve quality of services.
  26. For attending routine faults like VSWR/Antenna Orientation / Tilting, RF parameter optimization, continuous attention is required. Rigger Tender is required at the earliest.
  27. Improper maintenance of DG sets and AC Units at BTS Sites resulting in Poor QOS & Degradation of Hardware resulting frequent replacement of TREs / Combiners.
  28. Mobile Tower: - Mobile tower maintenance shall be with Civil /transmission wing. As M/s ITI/ Alcatel has completely withdrawn the support for maintenance of towers.
  29. Manpowers: - The BTS maintenance work involves augmentation of Hardware at about 400 ‘2G’ and 156 ‘3G’ sites. There is need of skilled and unskilled manpower to carryout day to day maintenance work as most of the sites are installed at the roof top of multistoried buildings.
  30. Procurement of Battery: - The performances of battery backup for most of the BSNL/NBSNL sites are very poor & most of them have no battery backup.
  31. Provision of reliable media of BTS site:- Some of the BTS site are working on fault prone copper pairs, microwave media which increases down time of that BTSs.
  32. Resolution of Owner issue of NBSNL sites.
  33. Action plan to avoid theft of telecom assets such as cable, Batteries, RF Cables etc.(examples; Pimpalgaon, Sinnar, chandwad , Trimbak, Yeola, Vani & Varvaandi) & proper coordination with Police Authorities.
  34. Manning of unmanned exchanges.
  35. Requirement of Separate Transmission team for sinner & Malegaon.
  36. The OFC ring shall be implemented in SSA.
  37. Provision of Broad Band Maintenance tender for Rural area as like urban area.
  38. Instead of sanctioning excess Kilometers beyond 1500Kms for Maruti Van hired vehicles, the allotment of Kms may be reviewed and 2000 Kms may be allotted for all Maruti Van Vehicles.
  39. Leasing out vacant quarters.
  40. Provision of Complaint centre for attending Mobile Complaints in the SSA.
  41. Plan for materials and Manpower to face coming Mega event like Mahakumbh in Nasik

B) HR ISSUES:

  1. To restore the order of Promotion & posting of JTO to TES Grp B dated 03.08.2012 cancelled by AGM (HR& Admn) Nasik.
  2. To provide one time relaxation to exercise option for pre-ponement of date of promotion some cases of JTO.
  3. Posting of TTA at SDCA level.
  4. Posting of TTA in WTR.
  5. Posting of additional JTO/SDE to OCB-283 CC.
  6. Posting of SDE & JTO at Ambad MIDC area.
  7. Consideration of request transfers within urban area.
  8. Consideration of request transfers from rural to Urban area case of Com. Devesh Singh JTO Lasalgaon, Com. Jadhav SDE Nandgaon,Com. Borse G G SDE Dindori, Com. Nilkhe DE Manmad .
  9. Sanction of warm clothes for staff working in switch Room.
  10. Posting of staff at Manmad for Transmission team.
  11. Posting of staff at DE CIDCO area.
  12. Circulation of tenders terms and conditions to field executives or may be uploaded on Nasik Intranet.
  13. Excess load to SDE Marketing.
  14. Posting of helping staff in CR cell and providing required furniture and Office space.
  15. Settlement of long pending Pay anomaly cases.
