A representative number of employees, employed on this project, were interviewed by me. The duties of these employees as well as the tools or equipment used by each were in conformance with their work classification. The overtime hourly wage rate paid each employee was at least 1 1/2 times his/her required minimum wage rate, and each employee indicated that there are no unusual or unauthorized deductions or “kick-backs” from wages due. (List any exceptions to the above statements at the bottom of this page.)
