The ADTSEA Southwest Region Host Committee Welcomes You to Sacramento to attend the 61st ADTSEA National Conference

There is much to do in the Sacramento region for your pleasure and enjoyment while attending the 61st ADTSEA National Conference. Listed below are points for your consideration:

  • Host Committee Golf Tournament – Saturday, July 15 at the Haggin Oaks Golf Course. Complete the attached flyer registration form to participate in the tournament.   • Host Spouse Outing to the Gold Country – Monday, July 17 visiting the Gold Country’s Famous Historical Old Town Auburn, where gold was first discovered in Placer County. Complete the attached flyer registration form to reserve transportation for this ½ day outing. Cost is $25 for air conditioned coach service, leaving at 10:30 a.m. with a return by 3:30 p.m. Enjoy one of the 15 restaurants, antiques, jewelers, art galleries, specialty shops, museums, and a hosted docent walking tour.   • Host Night Out – Tuesday, July 18 visiting the famous historical Old Town Sacramento, along the Sacramento River. Enjoy a narrated one-hour cruise along the Sacramento River, and then a dinner at the fabulous Joe’s Crab Shack followed by visits to the many shops and sights within the original Old Town Sacramento. Cost is $65 per person to cover air conditioned coach service, a one-hour river cruise, and a famous meal chosen by you from a special menu offered by Joe’s Crab Shack, situated along the Sacramento River in Old Town Sacramento.   • Self Selected Choices – July 14-20 in the region: By hotel shuttle you can choose to attend the annual California State Fair at the Cal Expo Fairgrounds ($10-$12 per day) with many attractions and/or the nearby Arden Fair Shopping Center with its many shops and entertainment. There will be many other historical and unique attractions for your consideration with specific information at the ADTSEA Host Committee table next to the ADTSEA registration table in the hotel conference area.
