Introduction:

As a landman/title agent am a very organized, tenacious type individual. I leave no stone unturned when solving problems. Very few times have I used the phrase “gap in title”. I have learned to work quickly and efficiently getting a project done on time. One of my strongest skills is my ability to communicate with others and explain new information to them. In addition to my abstracting experiences, I taught at Kent State University for 19 years in the computer science department.
