The opportunity to produce a campus event is offered as a way to expand the leadership and service mission of the Office of Student Life. You understand that access to your event and the event planning process will be open and accessible to the Pierce College student body.
Selection of campus events is a competitive process. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection or approval of event proposal, support, or funding.
Should your event be selected, you will work with Student Life staff to determine planning needs and responsibilities to ensure logistical and operational success of your campus event.
Should your event be selected, failure to meet the agreed event deadlines and/or follow college policy and S&A financial code may result in the cancelation of your approved event.
